Why I write
I realized that the thing I like most about writing, as in blogging or for my stories, is the writing itself. Putting the words together... It gives me so much in-the-moment joy.
I like that it never feels like a waste of time. It somehow always feels good to me. It's like making tea. Or walking around without a destination. It somehow feels so useful and satisfying. Even though in a capitalistic sense, it's not very productive.
But maybe that's why it's so nice to do. It's playing around, solving problems, creating, trying, learning. Just for yourself.
